Dear SoundSentiments® visitor, by visiting us you agree to these terms:

 

Content

All digital material (songs, etc.) are wholly owned by SoundSentiments.  The recipient of a card has the right to download the song, use it in their personal music library, etc.  SoundSentiments digital material may not be redistributed, duplicated or used without express written consent outside of that outlined above.
Needless to say, we want everybody to hear our songs, but please use discretion!

 

Payment Type

Through Shopify we accept all major credit cards.  Please follow the directions during the checkout process to select which payment method to use.

 

Security

Though shopify we use excellent security to protect your data during a purchase and afterward, but as with any online purchase, we cannot absolutely guarantee it is 100%. That’s the truth!

 

Privacy

We are not going to use your personal data except as required to satisfy your purchase transaction, but will keep your contact info so we can, if you like, send you an email to let you know about new songs, cards, products and collaborations. If you do not want us to send you such emails, just let us know, and we won’t. 
By using our site, you consent to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy & Security policies. By placing an order through our site you consent to our Customer Service policies.  We reserve the right to change these policies at anytime.

Pricing

The price of our cards includes the card itself and the song to be downloaded by your card recipient (even if that is you).  Shipping charges are extra, as well as any data charges incurred if you or your recipient choose to stream/download on your mobile device.

 

Shipping

We will make best efforts to send out your order within 24 hours of receipt. We will use Canada Post for shipping.  There are multiple options to choose from in the checkout process if you need to expedite shipment.  If you are placing a large order and would prefer an alternate carrier, please email us at hello@soundsentiments.com and we will be happy to work with you.

 

Returns

All sales are final.  If you feel you didn’t received the correct order, or there is something wrong with your card(s), please contact us at hello@soundsentiments.com and we make right anything that went wrong.
