- 1/2 CUP OF POWDERED ICING SUGAR FOR DUSTING
- PINCH OF SALT
- IN A BOWL THOROUGHLY COMBINE THE COCONUT, GRANULATED SUGAR, EGG WHITES, VANILLA AND SALT WITH A SPOON.
- USING YOUR HANDS, CAREFULLY FORM 2 TBSP OF MIXTURE INTO 2 INCH TALL TREES.
- DELICATELY USE FINGER TIP TO MAKE TOP OF THE TREE POINT.
- TRANSFER EACH TREE TO PARCHMENT LINED BAKING SHEET
- BAKE FOR 12-14 MINUTES UNTIL EDGES GOLDEN + TREE'S FIRM.
- LET THEM COOK ON BAKING SHEET.
- DUST WITH ICING SUGAR
