- 2 POUND OF GOOD QUALITY WHITE CHOCOLATE - CHOPPED INTO 1/2" PIECES
- 12 LARGE CANDY CANES
- 1/2 TSP PEPPERMINT OIL
- LINE A BAKING SHEET WITH PARCHMENT PAPER + SET ASIDE
- IN DOUBLE BOILER OR MICROWAVE SLOWLY MELT WHITE CHOCOLATE. STIR CONSTANTLY.
- WITH A ROLLING PIN, GENTLY BREAK CANDY CANE INTO 1/4 INCH PIECES.
- STIR IN PIECES OF CANDY CANE + PEPPERMINT OIL INTO MELTED CHOCOLATE.
- SPREAD EVENLY ONTO PREPARED BAKING SHEET + REFRIGERATE FOR ABOUT 30 MINS UNTIL CHILL
- BREAK BARK INTO PIECES AND ENJOY!
