On the front of each card, there are thoughtful lyrics to a song. Inside every card, there are simple instructions for the card recipient to download the song to their digital music library.
A QR code on the back of the card offers the ability to listen to a 30 second sample of the song associated with the lyrics displayed on the front of the card. This way, the customer can listen to a sample of the song before purchase the card.

A: Songs can be downloaded onto desktop and laptop computers and non-iOS mobile devices (e.g. Blackberry, Android and Windows). It is currently not possible to download an MP3 song directly onto an iOS mobile device (e.g. iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad). However, it is possible to listen to the song on an iOS device without saving it to a digital music library. A: Our online Individual Card Shop charges $4.99 per card. Our suggested retail price is USD $4.99-5.99.
A: Via our online Card Shop, we accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. For phone or in-person orders, we accept cash or check which is due upon delivery of goods.
A: All orders to addresses in the United States and Canada are shipped via USPS (unless otherwise requested). For shipments outside the US and Canada, please email us at email@example.com.
The following shipping fees for the US and Canada are the responsibility of the customer:
- 1 to 24 cards = USD$5.00
- 25 to 49 cards = USD$10.00
- 50 cards or more = USD$20.00
A: Yes. Once your order has been shipped you will receive tracking information via email.
A: Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery of an order to an address in the US, and 7-10 business days to an address in Canada.

A: We do not accept returns or process refunds upon receipt of goods ordered by mail or online via www.soundsentiments.com.We do recognize it is possible an item may be defective or damaged. Incorrectly shipped or damaged orders must be reported within 5 business days from delivery of the order.
Defective and damaged cards will exchange for the same product. To make an exchange, you must email email@example.com.
